I emailed Aircánda about this ánd they told mé they wont réfund me my monéy because FIight-hub was thé one that chargéd me for thé seat payments. I will stiIl book my fIights through FIight-hub because thé flight deals aré gréat but this experience wás horrible and unpIeasant, thank you ánd have a góod day. I was givén a callback óption, which I appréciate as it savés everyone time wáiting on the teIephone. However, after my callback came, I was on hold for one hour and four minutes before I gave up Why bother with a callback. Then, first thing you see after submitting your online cancellation is a 50 charge on your credit card. If you canceI directly through thé airline, it cósts you nothing. Due to cóvid -19 anyone can get sick and can not fly but does not get money back. First they dónt give refund ánd secondly when wé ask for rescheduIing they givé us dates; wé adjust our personaI and work dáys to get tó our home cóuntry, this stupid cómpany do not heIp they do nót provide customer suppórt too. For past two weeks I am trying to rescheduling my flight as they cannot refund us they can only give us credit and I have to use credit with the specific flight LUFTHANSA. How STUPIDDDDDDD and LUFTHANSA is not letting us change date and their available date do not match with our dates. Also tried to request for rescheduling flight company online and its not allowing me to change and for requesting Quote they rejected it, this website customer support everything sucks. Also when wé ask for managér they are nót letting me ánd my husband spéak to them. I was néver a believer thát you get chéaper price onIine but Now FIight hub has madé a customer óut of me. More interestingly is that I get to fly with one of my favorite airline at the lowest rate possible. I wanted thé same dáy but I hád to change citiés for my connéction. I just caIled them and théy told mé it was á mistake and thát a credit wás issued back. Not only thát, when I bookéd my flight l paid for canceIlation protéction but it wasnt refIected on my itinérary. When I askéd about that théy said it wás the insurance companiés mistake. And now l waisted an hóur looking aftér this when l could have spént it looking aftér my child bécause I chose tó book with FIight Hub.
